The analog input of a LOGO! basic module can only process 0-10V signals. If you want to evaluate a current (0/4-20mA), you have to convert the current signal into a voltage signal.
There are different methods for this.
The simplest and cheapest method is a 500 ohm resistor. The current flows through the resistor and the voltage drop across the resistor (0/2-10V) allows the analog input to be measured and evaluated.

But not every basic module has analog inputs. Only LOGO!s, which only work with DC as supply voltage.

I just wonder because there is 4-20 ma sensor type in Analog input in LogoSoft.

This sensor type is available because you can also use analog expansion modules type AM2.
This modul has 2 analog inputs which can process both 0-10V and 0/4-20mA signals.
For the sensor type PT100 100 there is also the analog extension module AM2 RTD. 

The resistor parallel to the analog input. The sensor and the LOGO! must have the same power supply.
