Hello,

I am working on a Simovert 6SE7021-0TA61.  I need to upgrade from firmware from v3.2 to v3.3.  My backup program is V3.3.  I have a Windows 10 64bit system.  I am have C:\VCBOOT with the extracted VC_3302.EXE in it.  I have the drive in E stat with the correct cabling.  When I try to run the VC_3302.EXE I get "this app can't run on this pc."  I have tried to run it in compatibility mode with Windows 8 and not luck. 

Anyone have a fix for this issue?  I really need to get this drive programmed for a downed machine.
