We have 2 IM 151-8 Which connected by profibus to cpu 315-2dp-pn

I can upload program from cpu but in ET ,200s I can't online

I can upload program from cpu but in ET ,200s I can't online 

If it's an ET200S CPU, then you connect and upload the same ways as a normal 300 series CPU. ET200S cpu's are 300 series CPU's.

What is the part number of the ET200S CPU? Does it only have a Profibus port on it? If so, then you need to have for example a PC Adapter USB A2 to connect to Profibus.
