Hello.

Could anyone help me with this issue?

Today we had to turn off the machine to check an issue with a pump on the machine, when we turn on again the machine the system cannot run again.

We got a message on the main screen "Boot loader: Cannot get IP address from DHCP server"

Also I checked the NCU and we have the 7-segment display with the 6 and the blinking point.

I attach some pictures to understand better the problem

The network connection between TCU (Display)
and NCU X120 is missing or defective.  
Plug loose perhaps

I tried with other cable and have the same effect.

Try directly to the NCU port with a crossed cable and i had the same effect.

I tried with the ProNeta software and i can't see the TCU.

We already could solve this issue.

The main problem was a wrong configuration on the network parameters of the NCU, somebody put wrong values and the DHCP server was deativated.

We cannot see the X127 port (service) and we need to force the original IP via ARP commands using the netshark to know the physical adress of the port.

After that we connect to the NCU using the VNC viewer and put again the correct network parameters.

I hope this could help somebody and also me from the future.
