Hi, how did you solve the problem? I also encountered the same problem. The CPU is 1512SP and the communication module is CP1542SP. Often the CP1542 is stuck and cannot be accessed. Just cut off the power and restart it. When there is a fault, the CP1542 cannot be accessed directly through the computer, but ping can work. The CP module cannot be found on Portal. It can return to normal after powering off and restarting. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hi, please check the used firmware versions of CPU and CP. Current CP version is V2.3 and should be used. Check also the online diagnose entry of CPU and CP module. |
