Dave Posts: 271 Rating: (29)	Hello Reid, Somehow you've decided that the firmware needs to be updated; however, you did not give the reason. Also, you did not say what version you currently have loaded. The firmware updates are located as a part of the Simodrive 611U Toolbox and there are many versions to choose from. Here is a link to the general download section: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/10804940/133100 The file type you need to download for firmware update is similar to the following: 611u_110206.zip ( 339 KB ) Once unzipped the file name will likely become 611u.ufw. I suggest that you use the latest SimoCom U (i.e., V11.2) and use the latest firmware, too, while you're at it. Hope this helps...
