Hello Everyone . When i try to take archive of our multi project, the system gives error which was attached. I already run "reset_wincc.vbs" and stopped SQL services and dbsrv9.exe but the problem was not fixed.

Unfortunately this is still a problem often. There are a few causes:

• Someone else has the project opened when using multiuser engineering
• The WinCC project was opened, but crashed and the resources are locked (free them up via Resource allocation in WinCC Explorer via the toolbar
• The connection with SQL was not completed correctly

In order to solve this, try the following methods:

• Open the WinCC project on the client which is giving problems and close it again
• Open the multiproject in Component View and expand the WinCC project until the OS application is visible and then collapse everything. I used this remedy quite often and it works
• Open the WinCC project and release the resources that could be locked somehow
• Restart the ES (if you made sure someone else is not working on the project)
• Finally you can open the SQL Configuration Manager and stop the WinCC service, restart the ES after this.

 I fix the problem with your advice. I close the project on Wincc Explorer like below then i was able to get the archive.
