This alert was introduced in TIA V14 to educate people on network security.

The purpose of this screen is to allow you to assign an IP address you want directly to your computer. For this reason this message is displayed so that you are aware of the security risks because the network can be changed.

As for the upload problem, maybe the problem is that when you uploaded the project, the physical plc had a higher firmware that did not arrive with the software version with which you uploaded.

Additionally, I attach an upload FAQ that may help you: "What options are available in STEP 7 (TIA Portal) for uploading when the project version in the CPU no longer matches the version on your PG/PC?"

What version of TIA Portal are you using? (including updates)

When you go to Online Access -> Ethernet Card -> accessible devices, you can find the CPU?

Can you go to Online & Diagnostics to view the Fw version of your CPU?

 Hello good afternoon, yes it appears in the online access, the TIA version is 15.1. The program was written in 15.1 too, but the CPU firmware is 4.2.2 and in my TIA version only version 4.0 appears and I did all the updates and this firmware does not appear in the TIA portal, and I get this error when trying to upload

Please install the Hardware Support Packages for TIA Portal v15.1

Support Packages for the hardware catalog in the TIA Portal (HSP)

(Are you sure you can not select Firmware 4.2, because in TIA Portal v14 it is possible, the HSP is for Firmware 4.3)

Look like you have not assigned the correct network for your computer. Try in your Network&Internet Setting -> Change adapter option
