WinCC 7.4 Update 15 on HMI - The project could not be opened. Error:Class not registered

afellows Joined: 1/6/2022 Last visit: 2/21/2025 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Having a problem opening a WinCC project from a HMI. Project exists on server and can be opened without issue from any other HMI. When selecting "Open Project" and browsing to the server where the project is located, we are receiving the following error ... The project could not be opened. Error:Class not registered. The was previously working without any problem.

Requirements for WinCC in Distributed Systems If you try to create a new project in the WinCC client, is this possible or not?
