Hi Experts,

I am trying to communicate CPU1212C (FW4.7) with KTP400 PN (v.17) second generation.

I am using TIA Portal V20.

I did create one connection, the IPs are right, I am using switch and all downloads thru cable really, nothing thru wireless.

In the previous version of TIA PORTAL the Access Control of CPU was free to choose Full access, now I had to create a new user and give to him Full access right. Even so, the communication was not established! 

To be honest I always did this communication and never had this problem, do not know if TIA PORTAL V20 has some issue or new feature, or if CPU1212C FW4.7 has some issue to establish this communication.

Find attached my program.

One note: I did another test, changed the FW of CPU1212C for FW4.4 and worked properly! Maybe we have some small detail that I missed when I chose FW4.7. I guess is Access control configuration or some checkbox.

you should also use the latest OS UPdate available for the Panel:

Should be V17.0.0.8
