can you please advise me on how to reset a touch panel(6AV2128-3UB06-0AX0) remote connection.

this panel can act as a kind of webserver for 1 connection sadly our client used a unknown laptop to log in into this application and forgot to log out; now the remote session is kind of "blocked" and our operators can't acces from the control room.

Any idea who to reset the remote desktop 

Would restarting the hmi help?

It is not recommended to reset or upload an image to an HMI remotely as a loss of connection may damage the HMI...

In general, the MTP1900 should allow more than one Web Client connection. You would need a license to do this, but it should be technically possible since the device cannot have a license installed.

My guess is that the connections should be reset when web access is restarted. This would require access to the Control Panel. There you can disable and re-enable web access under "Runtime Properties \ Web Client".

we fixed the problem at the server (zenon) side by writing a piece of .net code that stops all browsers active on the terminal server.
