Does anybody know of a converter which can be used to convert SINEC H1 to Rockwell ethernet comm's or Profibus TCP/IP ?.

i think there is some confusion in your question. SINEC H1 is somewhat related to Ethernet. PROFIBUS is a completely different animal than TCP/IP. Don't mix that up.
From your question I can only guess what you want to achieve and that is that you want to exchange data with a Rockwell system.

Depending on the combination of Rockwell and Siemens systems you have different options. As with Siemens Rockwell has different, let's say dialects throughout the generations and systems. If your combination is somewhat recent, then you might be able to even use a direct method, without any gateway.

You might find something here: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109782314 when your combination is any of the following: S7-1200 or S7-1500 with ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicroLogix or SLC using Ethernet.

There is also an application example for a ControlLogix using TCP/ IP native communications.

When you look into PROFIBUS (RS485 physics/ NOT Ethernet), then Rockwell has a PROFIBUS Slave card for Control- and CompactLogix systems.
