faulty module fault reported in hardware diagnostics on 6ES7132-4BB00-0AB0 , can i replace this with 6ES7132-4BB01-0AB0 without changing any hardware ? will i have to change the hardware configuration in the plc?  please advise

According to the following page, 6ES7132-4BB01-0AB0 is the official successor.

However, the successor is already listed as a ‘spare part’ and is therefore only available as a replacement.

Please contact your Siemens representative to obtain a suitable replacement.
