I am using Port V20 and WinCC RT advanced V17, since that is the latest RT out for advanced. I am trying to create new users and passwords for those users. The problem I am running into is that there is a main administrator username and password; I'm assuming this is a default. When I make a new username and try to assign a new password, the new password is not accepted, and it seems it defaults to the administrator password. I check the User administration settings under the Runtime settings to make sure SIMATIC Logon is not checked. I also checked the Password Policies under Security Settings. I have password Complexity disabled, and I am meeting the password length minimum. I have no idea why I can't assign a new password to any new username I make. All help is appreciated
