hello dear all
we can remedy f012 at start time simodrive 6ra27 but another problem occured after start at some

speeds.
this problem is on the motor speed feedback of tacho.
when motor rotate in direction I or II, some times the direction reverse for a moment and motor shaking at

that time.
I checked the feedback speed tacho that indicate in p02 go over than setpoint speed indicate in p01 so

simodrive want to compensation speed so the motor rotate at reverse direction to lose actual speed

under setpoint speed and this problem cause to motor shaking in rotation and sometimes f012 occured.
please help us.
we need to work with this machine.
