can anyone tell me if the memory/battery card 7DA00-0BA0 I'm testing in the 0BA6 12/24RC is also getting charged whilst I have power connected to the device? The information I have for these cards is that the battery component will last for 2 years, but it doesn't say if if the battery card is actually being charged whilst power is connected to the 0BA6.

The situation I want to avoid is purchasing and installing a few hundred 0BA6 devices with MEM/BATT cards,only to have to replace them after 2 years because they've gone flat, leaving me to rely on the internal battery of the 0BA6 (which I believe gives 80 hours if power is disconnected to 0BA6).

I did misinterpret the "2 year" information. Now that you've cleared that up my question is:

Similar to "how long is a piece of string?", I know, but could I expect them to last as long as 4 years if they haven't been utilised or are utilised marginally?

There's not much data on these.
