PC to LOGO connection 0BA6, interface error

BokkieUB05 Posts: 9 Rating: (1)	Hi! Since last week I have a new laptop with windows 7. I re-installed the version of logosoft! V6 that was on my old laptop en then I updated it to v7 (english). Now I had to use it for the first time. The logo is still a 0BA6 and the connection cable by USB. I encounterd one problem and that is that I cannot connect to the LOGO. I attached a printscreen to show the error. I downloaded the USB drivers from the site of Siemens and installed it sow this is also already done. When I click on user interface and then on auto detect, he still finds nothing. The selected LOGO! is correct because I checked this, I even tried the ES3 but it's the same problem. Could it by possible that I have to chancethe configuration of the COM ports in the settings screen of the PC itself. and if sow, how do you do this ? cdrshort Posts: 134 Rating: (16)	is your win7 64bit or 32 bit ?check your java , at control panel ,do you have the java instaled( you come from upgrade )? logo soft prefer to look at the 4 first com ports , so if your laptop use to have devices like bluetooth etc , check your device manager , and corect the number to the first 4 com. take a look ata this link maybe you find it useful. /tf/WW/en/Posts/42313#top B.R
