It will depend upon where the Metering CTs are installed. CTs are usually in line ( Bus ) only so these will measure line current only. Voltages can however be measured both as Line Voltage ( Phase to phase ) or PhaseVoltage ( Line to Neutral ) Hope this helps Cheers Navnag

Dear @nkur, I think you are confuse between line and phase current,hence we first clear it. Line voltage is the voltage seen on the AC line, typically single phase. Line current is the current that results when that voltage is applied to a load. If you have a 3 phase line, then each of the 3 phases (a separate wire) has it's own voltage, phase voltage. Again, if you apply a load to that phase, then phase current results. That means if you connect your meter in all three phase at that time you get line current in meter,But in such a digital meter with same connection you can saw phase current also means you can saw R,Y&B pgase current seperately. Hope your doubt is clear now.
