Servo Motor Break

Atitude007 Posts: 22 Rating: (0)	Dear All We have Siemens 810D CNC controller for a stamping machine. This machine marks Serial Number and other product and company details on our product. For this we are using SIMODRIVE U/E Modul INT/EXT 10/25KW 6SN1145-1AA01-0AA2 LT MODUL INT .2X50A 6SN1123-1AB 00-0CA3 SINUMERIK 810D CCU-BOX 2*25A 6FC5447-0AA01-0AA0 SERVO MOTOR Make : Siemens 1F7063-5AF71-1E02 No. YF A521 0444 02 002 In this machine we are using total 04 axis and all are getting operate by servo motor only. This problem is about Lateral axis. This axis moves in forward and reverse direction (Up/Down) The problem is that when we press Emergency stop button or we off the control, this axis comes down, without command. some time this cause to damage mechanical stopper and other part of machine. This axis should stay at its position, even after pressing emergency stop or control off. it should not come down. Is there any break related problem or what? Should I change any parameter related to this?? And this is for your kind information that, this problem is from since a long time, may be about 2-3 years old, since commissioning of machine. Please let me know, what to do to resolve this problem. If you want any other detail or any query, please tell me.
