Hi ...

recently, I am running to a problem  with my CNC Lathe; i cannot move any of the 4 axes (2 spindles and 2 axes W Z) even in Jog Mode,

actually, these axes seems to be not activate at all...My lathe has the following specs:

HMI SINEMERIK 840D

PLC SIMATIC s7-300

FFD  LT-MODUL INT.2x50A 6SN1123-1AB00-0CA1 

E/R -MODUL INT.36/47Kw 6SN1145-18A02-0CA1

the Lathe sends an error where it asks to check the NCU program.

Furthermore, I have noticied that after enabling E/R module, its power lines U1, V1, W1 turned to be so "Noisy" kind of not stable. 

these lines are feeded to E/R module via line filter.

what kind of problems is that ?? for the moment i cannot tell if the SiMODRIVE 611D is defective.

Shut off m/c and re boot it, to see if the problem is still there and same as your described .

if yes, take pictures of NCU --to see some LED's

take picture of your m/c HMI--to see some alarms there

post your pictures here --if more than one pictures using zip compressing them then post

From the attached photos, alarm no 700126 displayed is PLC alarm & you need to check PLC logic to attend this.

For abnormal sound from LT modules, please check if any LT power module is defective or axis/spindle motor is jam or overloaded or external brake is applied.
