Hello,

I work on a project with SIMODRIVE 611 which is made (a supply infeed and 2 power module), I want to build a control cabinet.

I want to know the main elements of the cabinet and its connection to the power supply and to SIMODRIVE611.

i have published this topic twice but i still have no answer for this problem if anyone have any ideas or suggestions his help will be very appreciated

Supply infeed:6SN1145-1AA00-0AA0

1)LT modul:6SN1123-1AA00-0CA0 in which mounted the control board 6SN1121-0BA11-0AA1 ,this power module is connected to the motor referenced by 1PH6103-1NF46-0AA0.

2)LT modul:6SN1123-1AB00-0HA0 in which mounted the control board 6SN1118-0AE11-0AA0 ,this power module is connected to the motor referenced by 1FT5042-1AF71-3EA0.

Please study the manual & select appropriate components like AC input filter/choke, in put side sitor fuse links line side contactor etc. Connect those as per instrunctions provided in manual. Make control logic & enable the signals of I/R module. Depending upon axis movements create control logic & enable pulse & drive signals of individual axes module. To control the speed of individual axes, connect pot & provide +/- potential to set point. Selection of pot value depends upon the requirement of speed precision control. Providing + or - ve set point direction can be control.
