whether can SFC12 only deactivate the whole DP slave or IO device?

couldI just deactivate some modules on DP slave or IO device( not the whole one)by using SFC12 and write relevant logic address of module to parameter LADDR?

I have done the tries for this, but the result is the whole DP slave is deactivated by SFC12 even though the logic address of moduleis written to LADDR.
