Just to be clear, how should I wire FM350 channel? I have A, B and N signal from drive.

And how should I configure FM350 for this task? Continuous counting, frequency measurement, rpm measurement?

Wire wires to FM350 module as you specified earlier. What you want to measure? Accordingly enable measuring modes & call FC0 with appropriate operating mode which will program FM 350.

Yes, in FM350 in measurement mode you need to select speed capture function. For more details, refer chapter 7.4.4 page 143 of FM350 operating manual.
