We have a 32 Axis Felss Burger Machine and Keeps on getting 300202 CRC Error coming up maybe 4 to 5 times a day. we reboot and it will run for a while before it errors again.

The error does switch from drive to drive. its been on axis 28,29,30,31. but mainly on axis 30.

have swapped over drives to see if error changes but it is still the same. Installed new NCU unit new 6SN11 as well, cleaned and tightened all connections.

 Much appreciate it if anybody else has had roughly the same issues and solved it

 I am expert for such issue, But I see your title picture some thing like your drive system--but why don't post picture of your system when that error happen.

and need detail system information, what is NCU it has # 6FC5357-0BB31-xxxx, should not be 6SN11---do you mean you have all drive card same part# 6SN1118-0DM21-0AA0?

Hi 

Yes the drive cards are all the same 6SN1118-0DM21-0AA0. the NCU is different as you described.

Today the PSU was varying in voltage,(spiking)

changed the PSU and see if the issue is resolved will keep you updated.

Is it triggered on single drive or on all drive. In manual significance of this error is - The cross-check (CRC) has detected an access error in a write/read cycle. All bus accesses are not controlled directly by the processor but they are handled by special ASICs. They transfer not only the required data but also cross-checks for the write/read data and the addresses.

This could be a hardware problem. If you have spare control card, try by replacing the faulty card. If you do not have spare control card, try by swaping control card, with an equivalent card from the another axis.

I have 2 replacement cards that I have changed trying to find the fault, still no good. have checked all connections and replaced the ribbon cables. the machine can be just switched on but not running and I get CRC errors. What else do I need to change.

Are all drives showing error?

Please check the display of all 611D drives. Does it shows "run" or any other text?

Then where did you find CRC error or alarm?

What type of controller?
