Hi All,

I'd like to know if is possible connect a hmi KTP1200 to a Logo CRM2020 modem and access remotely to the panel by means of the VPN.

I tested the CRM2020 VPN connection to get the access to Logo PLC.......and working fine.

But when I try to get a remote access to the KTP1200 then no success.

You must have the IP address of the gateway in hmi to cmr2020 otherwise it will not work.

Thanks , but the ip address of the gateway has already been entered in the hmi.......

In other word I need just only to download the program of the hmi in case of software modification, but actually don't get the link.. with the KTP1200 Basic

Siemens service, confirmed me just 40 min. ago what you wrote.

In fact Siemens said me that the CMR2020 (unit actually I'm use) it's not good for this purpose....

Siemens told me also is possibile use the CMR2040 for realize what i want....And suggest me to download the manual of the CMR2040. So I done this but not find any example or other points that confirm me the possibility to use the CMR2040 also for download the program to the KTP1200 basic by means of the VPN.
