Even though you have installed the software on a Siemens Thin Client PC, it seems to me that this is an iFix issue, and that you should ask GE for help on the issue.

 I did not installed this on thin clinet is just a monitor/view of PC that runs that SW via the RDP.

I wil try the GE forum.

If you are accessing the software on a Thin Client, it has to be installed on a Thin Server in your premises.

That does in no way change my previous answer.
