Yesterday, I added one item (2D drawing of an HMI Comfort panel), and it's still in process. This morning the page was down again. Please do something about this problem. We are aware of performance issues suffered by the CAx Download Manager on the 17th. The service needed to be restarted and your order was most likely cancelled during that restart. We are in the process of upgrading the infrastructure in the background to mitigate these occasional performance issues and hope to have that finished in the next couple of months to serve you and the rest of our customers better. Don't cancel your download, it is in the queue and will be processed in time. A fix is planned for this other system on Saturday, until then no jobs can be processed. Sorry for this unexpected delay.
