SW: WinCC Professional v14 sp1 up4

In some cases the WinCC seems to be busy with script/task/plc tag read or write/ so it stops responding or what is more it behaves as there was no connection with plc (exlamation marks on elements). After couple of seconds (10-30sec) it starts working normal. Scripts are in VB

Can You help me how to debug the WinCC?

How can I check what task it is busy with?

I have checked plc's diagnostic 

In script I am reading 1800 tags with DataSet object 

Will communication proscessor unloads the plc?

Where to look why communication take so much time? If the scripts are bad or amount of other tags.

I'm working with PLC S7-1212C and TIA PORTA V13 SP1. I have the same error.

      Security information: System initiated session termination Session ID 0- xxx

      Event ID 16# 02:4427

This event is report each 7 hours in average.

I'm facing the same issue on several S7-1200 and S7-1500 PLC's. All of them are connected to different WinCC V7.x SCADA systems. I cannot figure out why I keep getting these errors. I tried upgrading firmware on PLC's to latest version, messing around with industrial network switch settings. All without effort.

Can someone explain what the root cause of this error is?

Hello all.

I'm having the same problem between a WinCC 7.5 Update 4 and a S7-1513 PN v2.6

It's a system with 2 clonic control systems (2 HMI each running in a different (but also clonic) PC and 2 1513 PN PLCs each one linked to one of the WinCC7.5upd4 HMI via 1200-1500 driver), and one of then does not have this problem, is working fine.

Both are running the same program (with minor communication diferences regarding each other vigilance) and both PLCs have clock cycles below 60ms. .

Any ideas, please?.

Hi. I had the same error. 

My client was HMI. I had to set the time and date manually on HMI, and then also set time and date on PLC because it was different on both. Then connection started to work and the error has been fixed.

XLLS. Hello, I also adjusted the time on the Comfort screen and it started reading and the error disappeared.

Hi Leych, I had the same error, I left the PLC time synchronized with my PC and manually changed the time on my MTP1200 Basic Unified HMI and it was resolved, thanks.
