That solution was previously provided.  Replace the module with a new one where this random problem has been fixed in hardware.

In the meantime, contact Siemens using "Support Request" link above these forums and explain the problem.  Remember to attach the diagnostics export as part of that request.

They may have other options available to you.

We have this problem in more PLC that are similar. We have loaded the diagnostic file relative to one Plc. Therefore how is it possible that the same problem happen on three different racks?
But if you are sure the problem is an hardware problem then we investigate in a better way.
We are going to open a support request to Siemens.

thank you for your post! I have forwarded it that the redirect to the Support Reqest creation doesn't work in the forum view. 

Please try to open a SR via the start page of the Industry Online Support. There the link for creating a SR worked for me.
