How did you sort out the TP900 hmi  problem? I have the same problem with a TP700.

Same thing happens to me also. My HMI  (6AV2124-0JC01-0AX0) stuck up on logo of siemens.i I tried all to reset this my Ethernet but Ethernet is totally not responding. even if i tring to connect this Ethernet ports to my laptop it my Ethernet adopter of PC also not come online . Can you suggest any think to solve this ?? 

can it possible to reset by USB or Micro USB . the HMI stuck on boot loader so can provided any solution to resolved this .

I'm reading several posts about TP900 or TP700 stuck in initial page, and about problems in resetting them.

We use TIA Portal 15.1

I Had 2 TP900 stuck after a firmware update.

I was able to recover one to default settings, but I had to send back the other to Siemens (ethernet ports no longer working).

Important issue: we often load projects via Pack&Go. A Siemens technician strongly recommended me to load projects directly from TIA Portal or from USB Stick. Avoid Pack&Go.

Actually, I found that using TIA or USB I can update project (and firmware) on TP900. Pack&Go kills TP900.

We use also TP1500 and KTP700 asic; at present we have not similar troubles with Pack&Go; I know that on TP1500 runs Windows CE 8, not windows CE 6 like TP900, and on Basic Panels runs Linux.

 Yes this issue on my TP900 it stuck on booting. IF anyone helps

sir i have tryed both tia and prosave both cant detect my device.is it possible to factory reset tp900 with this condition.it cant go to control panel.after on the hmi.siemens logo appears and its stuck up in this codition and no error and msg comeing in hmi
