I am receiving the error code

"Internal system error (error code: 0xc000c7200000001c) - Please contact SIMATIC customer support.,9/30/2024,8:00:09 AM"

When trying to download project to PLC. My physical PLC is 6ES7516-3AP03-0AB0 and the software is configured for 6ES7 516-3AN01-0AB0 (redundant CPU).

I can achieve a download with this config from a different project which was created from scratch for testing. There is no program blocks, motion control, profinet devices etc in the test code.

TIA v13 sp2 design environment.

The issue project was initially developed in German if that has any significance.

I have tried factory reset of CPU, re-format memory card, wipe plc memory but it makes no difference.

Any basic checks I can carry out?

Could you please check if the SIMATIC Memory Card used is large enough for the project you are trying to download to the S7 CPU?

I've seen that code before and that was ultimately the problem.

Hi, Ive just checked. My memory card is 4MB.

Maybe I cannot read, but the posted image(s) indicated the project uses 58% of a 24MB memory.  That well exceeds a 4MB memory card's capacity.
