I am working with a KP1200 Comfort Panel. Using MPI in transfer mode worked to begin the backup. The transfer gets to 91% then Prosave reports error message: The backup could not be created. I notice that using the older Simatic panels the backup file has a file format of .psb and the newer comfort panels have backup file format of .brf, does this cause any issues? Software versions? OS versions? Incompatibility issues?

Maybe something in the panel memory is corrupt causing the error? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem with version V16.0.0.1

The backup runs apparently on HMI until 100% - and then the ProSave reports "backup could not be created" 

ProSave runs as administrator, there is lots of diskspace

Help woud be appreciated
