Not sure why and how this happened, but can't figure out how to make it start again, any informations towards the problem would be great!

1st strange thing is that you have just these tabs in your project.
Normally you should have the Project Shares and Profiles tab after Communication Security tab.

2ng thing is that you have just 2 managers in Manager Details, which is strange too.
Normally you should have a lot of.

3rd thing is your project set up correctly?

4th. You can check the errors in PVSS_II log in to your project folder.

5th. You can manually try to start this manager from WinCC OA Project Console. Screen attached.

But I think your project is not set up correctly.

Strangely its working now, will keep this thread updated if it occurs again.

Hi, did your problem resolve on its own or did you manually started the service from the WinCC OA Project Console as Chris_PL described?

I have the same problem with a Desigo CC client PC it stopped working last week and when i restart the project it doesn't start the WCCOActrl.

Hi, in my case the problem was the different time on server and client machine. If the time difference is greater than 30s the WCCOActrl will stop working. As I see in you errorlog you had the same problem with the time difference of 53 seonds.

This is from your error log:

WCCOActrl    (0), 2025.01.22 14:19:26.099, SYS,  SEVERE,    184, The time on BMSSERVER and OS2 differs approximately 53 sec. Please correct this.

Hello i did find the solution, you just need to open CMD as administrator and correct the time of what server is asking for, 30 second is the base to connect to it, as you mentioned, use time command to correct it.
