I also have a problem with a CU320-2DP board (6SL3040-1MA00-0AA0).

To explain my problem, I had my original control unit (6SL3040-0MA00-0AA1) which had the two LEDs RDY and DP flashing red when starting the machine and then it goes out, impossible to start the machine.

When I connect the console with SIMOTION SCOUT, the error message “Station Failure” appears for my original CU320 card.

We ordered a new card with the same part number, but the supplier delivered a replacement because the original card is obsolete.

I installed the new card using the same address as the original, inserted the original CF card, and upgraded the device version using SIMOTION SCOUT -> Target device.

This is when my problem appears.

The following error message appears: “Error establishing connection with device SINAMICS_S120_CU320-2DP”.

“Check your interface parameters! (ref : 0xbe0b0028)

The LEDs on the CU320-2DP unit are RDY orange and DP flashing red.

Can you help me with this replacement?
