I am currently using TIA Portal 15.1, Simatic Manager V5.6, V17, and WinCC Flexible 2008 SP5. I have installed the Step 7 Professional Combo license, which allows me to develop on TIA Portal 15.1, 17, and Simatic Manager. However, I am unable to design HMIs for the TP1500 HMI and WinCC Flexible.

Could you please advise on the required license details? Which license should I purchase to enable HMI design for these devices?

The Step7 Professional Combo license allows you to program S7 PLCs via SIMATIC Manager or TIA Portal, as well as basic panels.

To program Comfort Panels, you need a WinCC Comfort Combo license. This license allows you to use WinCC Flexible 2008 and TIA Portal for panel programming.
