Hello AndreaM. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything clear in the log. But in case it helps you, I share with you how to make the installation as clean as possible to try to reduce failures as much as possible - Clean reboot -> How to perform a clean boot in Windows - If it is compressed, unzip it to the shortest possible path within the hard drive. If not, also use a short path avoiding special characters - Run as an administrator |

Hello AndreaM. do you use the download of the V14 SP1 Upd10 image from this website : https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109746074 or do you use a installation iso/dvd with only v14 SP1? and also if you have installed Step7 Prof V14 Sp1 first with which installation files do you inistall ist? you should use both inistallation iso from the link above (Step7 and WinCC comfort/advanced) Bye Murof |
