Hi, 

I'm working on a project on TIAPortal V17.0 with WinCC runtime Professional and as far as today I was able to effortlessy download the project to the PC Station with WinCC runtime V17.0 - upd6 installed. 
Starting from today I'm getting an error message saying that the runtime version on the target device is older than the project version. I can't find any solution to this since both the runtime version on the PC station and the project version are excatly the same (I didn't even update TIA portal).

Here the installe versions:

- PC-Station: WinCC Runtime Professional V 17.0 (SCADA-RT_V11) Upd6

- TIA Portal: WinCC Professional V 17.0 Upd6

How can i solve it?

and what have you change between "it work" and "it do not work"?

 I've been working on the project, just adding some tags animations ecc. nothing at all to justify this behaviour. As said the installed versions are the same, moreover neither the PC station or the PC running TIAPortal are connected to the internet, so there's no way they got updated during the last week

Same thing just happened on a System with Runtime Prof v.18 trying to download using TIA18 
Sent all the log files to Siemens support with no results at all, even siemens has no idea of what is causing this issue. 

So I guess anyone faced this problem before?
