When starting the runtime simulation, the below-mentioned error occurs. 1. "Cannot link the configuration database to the Runtime project." 2. "Compilation of the Runtime project failed.Cannot link database to the Runtime project B3C21002100F000110B500205E050000000000." After getting this issue. I did repair mode reinstall the software, still issue not resolved. How to resolve the issue.

The first thing I suggest would be to regenerate the project's IM folder and see if it happens to you with all projects as well. [TIA V19 crash when close the TIA portal] .. and problems with Wincc V17? [CCSystemDiagnosticsHost.exe] Are these related in any way? Are these all running on one Windows session? Where did you source the install files from? Consider creating a Support Request.

Native or virtual machine? Check if those laptops received recent Windows updates. Windows 11 24H2 is a potential problem. My suggestion still stands - create a Support Request with Siemens. Do so even if you continue your conversations on this user's forum.

I did uninstall and then install the TIA V19 update 3 & RT update 3.
