Hi all,

I'm using PIU V2.0 in a VMware virtual machine and login is not working. If I use it on the normal windows installation it works, but I need to prepare that virtual machine, with only TIA V19 and V20 installed. 

Could someone can explain which is the solution? Many thanks

Could you please provide more information?

• Are you able to see the login form?
• How far can you get in the login process?
• Can you log in to the Service Portal using the link in the top right corner?
• Can you access the SiePortal from this virtual machine? Are you able to log in there?

I see the login form and my account work correctly on my pc, but in virtual machine is not working on the PIU or in Service Portal and SiePortal.

In virtual machine the only thing I see is a red line under my email address

Does your login look like this?

To accomplish this, I had to block challenges.cloudflare.com. This service verifies that logins are performed by humans and not bots. You may then need to check your firewall settings. It's possible that a browser add-on is blocking access.
