Problem with reading an encoder with drive dummy

Good morning, I created a DriveDummy (AX9) to read 2 encoders EnDat following [the attached] guide. Encoder_A ==> SMC40_1 ==> AX7 Encoder_C ==> SMC40_2 ==> AX8 In the attached file you can see a comparation of the MD. I can read MD30250 for AX8 (if i rotate by hand it's moving) but AX7 is freezed.
