1st of all please post the picture of your NCU and MMC100.2 with power on

Q1 how many Chiron FZ12 machine (ncu571.2_mmc100.2).do you have?

Q2 what do you mean the data in the floppy is the same as the machine's serial number--or How can you know these NC and PLC archive Data is match you machine.

Q3--how long do you have this machine. why you load NC and PLC data?

Q4-- The MCP address is set to (dip switch) 7 --before machine have trouble. when it was working good? 

I simple meaning is if you are sure the NC+PLC data was back up-ed from this machine, and MCP MPI address was set to 7, you should not change anything, just load NC,PLC data, machine will go back to work very easy.

Hello, I have a problem with the Chiron FZ12 machine (ncu571.2_mmc100.2). After I loaded the machine's nc and plc data (the data in the floppy is the same as the machine's serial number), the machine has no system alarms. When I press the power on button, it says infeed ready,only have axis reference alarms. The LED status on the NCU is normal. There are  two problems. 

1- The MMC does not connect automatically. The counter on the monitor starts counting until we press the ^ button and then enter address 6. The hmi boots. 

2- The MCP all LEDs blink. The MCP address is set to (dip switch) 7 . I cannot open ob100 in the PLC program to see its contents. The MCP address in DB7 is 6. I set the MCP address to 6, but the mmc does not boot anymore. How can I open ob100?
