We experience issue of visibility of Comfort panel for TIA Portal.

PLC and Comfort panel do have correct IP addresses. PLC-HMI communication works without issues.

Remote connection goes through eWon (secure remote connection with VPN). I start eWon’s eCatcher SW on my notebook. I see remote eWon unit. I connect to the unit (VPN connection is established).
A1) I can ping the Comfort panel from my notebook.
A2) I can connect to Comfort panel by Sm@rt server client and I can control the panel remotely via it’s screen.
A1 + A2 => Comfort panel does have correct IP and it communicates with PLC and Sm@rt client without issues.

But I cannot connect to the panel with TIA Portal (panel to online; or download to panel; or diagnostics). The issues presents when TIA Portal looks for Comfort panel. I tried all possible connections (IE, directly X port), normal and extende. I tried to set various options in PG/PC settings in notebook control panel. I switched off my notebook firewall to prevent any firewall rule issue. No success.
