The problem I’m having is that when I try to download my project to the TP1200 Comfort panel (6AV2124-0MC01-0AX0), I get the following error message: “Download canceled due to a transfer error: 8020AB001992FFF4!” I’m using TIA Portal V18, and I’ve attached a zip file with pictures showing what I have installed. From what I’ve found in the forums, it seems the issue is a discrepancy between the panel image and the image in TIA Portal. On the panel, the image version is: V17.00.00.05_02.01, and in the TIA Portal project I have: V17.0.0.0. What can I do to resolve this error and successfully download to the panel using TIA V18?

Download the HMI panel images package for Comfort panels and install that. You will also need to install Tool for installing panel image files for TIA Portal V18 and all subsequent versions. the download for that is in the same link.
