Okay I have finally figured out the way to do it. I often saw posts that suggested to get the data record number from recipe view (that you get from control toolbox) properties, and link the data record to an int type plc tag. Well, you can also get from there, but that is not really the one that has been loaded to plc. It is actually a value that corresponds to the data record that you have just selected from data record list on recipe, without you even load it. Therefore, even if you just select it without loading it to plc, it would still give you that number. Let's say if the user would like to change the recipe, so he select another recipe, forgot to load it, then when he checks on the main page, it shows the one that he selected, not loaded. So, he would think that he has changed the recipe when in fact, he hasnt.

What I want right now is the data record number that HAS BEEN LOADED to the plc, the current active recipe/data record, not just merely selected from the list. So here's the way i did it:

1. First, go to HMI tree list -> Recipe -> Right click the recipe in recipe list -> Properties -> Synchronization -> tick Coordinated data transfer -> choose your hmi connection (eg. Connection: HMI_Connection_1)
2. Then, create a global DB. Once you have created the DB, go to the DB's properties -> Attribute -> untick Optimized block access. Then go to the DB and create an Array[0..4] of Word to get the record number and recipe number. No need to retain the value.
3. Now go to HMI tree list -> Connection -> Area Pointer. There, you will see data record that you can link with a tag. Select absolute access. Now for the address, insert the address of the DB you have created. For example, my DB is DB24, and Array starts at offset 512 (if you cannot see the offset value, compile the DB), so the address would be %DB24.DBW512. Therefore, whenever you load the recipe, it would transfer the recipe name and record number to the DB that you have linked. Array [0] will correspond to recipe number, and array[1] will correspond to data record number. HOWEVER, you can only load once. The next load would give error. So here's what I did.
4. Every time the recipe has been loaded, I clear the array by giving 0 value to the Array of word that I have created so that it can allow the next transfer.
5. Then, i created an int in the same DB, to extract the record number. I just used function WORD_TO_INT using SCL.

For system function GetDataRecordName, I only have one type of recipe, so I just put 1. You can get this data from the array that you have created and link to an int. For data record number, I put an int that I have created in (5).

Then, for output, link to the recipe name and data record name to String data type in the DB that you have created. When you link the tag in HMI tags, make sure they are in cyclic continuous in the properties.

Also, many suggested to use an external button when you load the recipe to trigger GetDataRecordName. However, you can still need not to create external button. Just trigger it internally in the program. For me, i used signal when Array[1] > 0 to trigger it. GetDataRecordName must be triggered EVERY TIME you load. So, I would reset it whenever the user start selecting different recipe from the list, and set when press load. I did try to reset it right away when the recipe is loaded, or give a one time rising edge, but it wouldn't show the data record name. That's why I made it like that.
