Actually I had other doubt, For the spindle, we have a transmission for low speed (4 to 1 ratio) and high speed (1 to 1 ratio). Everything is already parameterized to how the gear ratio should correspond, the oscillatory motion during gear changes, accelerations, limit speeds, and everything for the shift.
The speed was previously tested; the setpoint was always respected and the desired speed was reached, but now it's reaching a maximum of 870 rpm at low speed; it no longer increases. At high speed, it does respect the speed. But why does this happen at low speed now? I'd like to know if it could be due to a parameter or something mechanical.
Currently, the transmission has some details. For example, when shifting from low speed to high speed, it sometimes doesn't shift mechanically correctly. Therefore, the spindle remains spinning idly; only the motor rotates, not the entire coupling.
