Hi all,

We had a faulty SIMATIC HMI TP1500 Comfort in a plant and did a replacement.

The originally installed model is 6AV2 124-0QC02-0AX1. However, only the one with prefix -0AX2 is available on site. We don't have the GSD file for the -0AX2 model, and from the release note (https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/us/en/view/109817238), we were under the impression that the two are compatible for replacement.

After replacing the faulty -0AX1 with the new -0AX2, the HMI is up and running with no issues reported by the operators. However, on HW config online diagnostic, the HMI's status is Module not available with the following message:

Module configured, but not available
Different order numbers detected:
- Configured module:	6AV2 124-0QC02-0AX1
- Inserted module:	6AV2 124-0QC02-0AX2

Any suggestion to clear the error?
