TP1200 corrupted  SD card while copying  Audit trail  (TIA16)

 We have  schedule task to move Audit trail to   SD\download from where we use Option + manger on our server to move the file from the SD\Download  folder to the server.

We were making some small changes to the  configuration on Option + manager and it stopped downloading the Audit file from  the TP1200

The TP1200 had returned and error  “Application miniweb. exe encountered a serious error and must be shut down” 

Restarted  HMI, but the SD card was not able to be seen, read/ write too, and this caused the panel to run slow.

replaced the  2Gb SD. system is back to normal. 

It had run for 2 months on test  moving audit trail file ever 5 min with out issue

Is this a known issue as we have 15+ systems to be ported to Option + manager

This is the second SD card to be corrupted 

The corrupted  Card can be read on PG but  read rate is only 2-8Kb?

Thanks for reply. I have raised a help request, I suspect Option+ disrupted the read/ write to the SD card, I will see what they come back with
