Issue: The New OWS workstations (Windows 11)  don't show the servers at the Simatic Shell and vice versa

With Windows 10 approaching EOL, we decommissioned and replaced the old client PCs (with Windows 10) and configured the replacement (with Windows 11) with the same settings (Computer Name, IP Address, Domain) as the replaced PCs. But the New clients are not showing the Servers at Simatic Shell and vice versa. The following settings are configured:

OWS
1. Windows 11
2. IP Addresses = 10.160.22.15/22 & 10.160.22.16/22

Servers
1. Windows 10 (VMs)
2. IP Addresses = 10.160.23.11/22 & 10.160.23.12/22

Common Settings:
3. Computer Name, Domain & Work group > Confirmed Properly Configured
4. Simatic Shell Settings > Remote Communication = Activated
5. Simatic Shell Settings > Correct Network Adapter Selected
6. Simatic Shell Settings > Multicast Proxy = Servers IP addresses added at Client ; Client IP addresses added at Servers
7. Simatic Shell Settings > Encryption deactivated
8. lmHosts > recopied w/o “.Sam”
9. lmHosts > "IP Computer Name #PRE" added on both Servers and Clients
10. Function Discovery Provider Host = Running & Automatic
11. Function Discovery Resource Publication = Running & Automatic (Trigger Start)
12. Network Discovery = On
13. File and Printer Sharing = On
14. Firewall = Off
15. PG/PC = Confirmed Correct Ethernet Cards (Auto) are selected; Also tried with PG/PC = Local
16. Access rights specified in WinCC: Administrators, "SIMATIC HMI", "SIMATIC HMI Viewer" > DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) Configured
17. DCIM > Added in Group Policy

18. Servers and Clients can be pinged from both sides via their IP addresses and their Computer Name.
