VC drive showing 007 instead of 009 during start up

Sreeram Posts: 53 Rating: (0)	Dear All, I have 4.0kW Master drive VC connected to a 2.2kW Motor for a wire winder machine. Usually during start up, it use to dispaly 009 for healthy state of the drive. But, the drive is showing 007 state in Wire winding machine. The customer says, even on pressing the 'P' button, it is not entering into the parameter.As i checkedup with the manual, it is writtenin german language as "Strollung" for whichi could not make out the meaning.Asthe machine is down, could any one of you canhelp me to sort out his issue? I need to know whether it is a hardware related issue or programming issue. Request your support. Thanks & Regards Sreeram

You should check, what is the fault number (r947) and the fault value (r949). Attached you find the list of faults and alarms.
