Hi,

We have a Simovert MV drive with Simadyn D controller used in fan application. A few days back PM5 module in controller went into flashing H state. All cards in controller were removed, cleaned and put back. Now PM5 module is showing 1 (healthy) state, however drive is not getting ready due to fault 143 not resetting (TVRA control offset, actual value sensing not adjusted).

Can anyone please help.
